Luc Vandael is an all-round ICT consultant. He holds a Master's Degree in Business Engineering (Management Information Systems) from - what is currently known as - UHasselt.
Luc started his career in the maritime sector as an analyst-developer. Getting things done and taking responsibility for his own work and that of his colleagues, he grew to become a project-/teamleader. Experienced in a multitude of business sectors and always prepared to roll up his sleeves, Luc is proficient in all aspects of the software lifecycle, where the data and database aspect carry his fondness. He strives to get things up and running within the time and budget available, focussing on quality.
Luc certified in frameworks: Prince2 and Itil, acknowledging the value of standards he always practices a fit for purpose approach with common sense. He strongly advocates continual service improvement in respect to the late William Edwards Deming (who died on Luc's 27th birthday).
