Bart Gestels, Senior Consultant at Xedis

Bart Gestels graduated in 2002 as a Professional Bachelor in Applied Informatics, complemented by various professional certifications.

In 2006 he Joined Wincor Nixdorf (Diebold Nixdorf since 2016) to start a helpdesk project.  Over the years gradually changing the helpdesk into a proper Service Desk with up to 50 agents (internal or outsourced) for several major customers in the Retail and Banking sector.  Since 2012, and in combination with the Service Desk, he headed also a Technical Support team in the Benelux where he strongly focused on Process Management and Continuous Improvement.  Together with his teams he managed to get the company certified for ISO9001 and ISO20000 in the Service Division.

Intrigued by Process Management and its continuous search for improvement he’s eager to support companies in achieving their goals, therefor he joined Xedis in 2017.   With over 10 years’ experience in IT Service Management, outsourcing and Project Management and his pragmatic and analytical approach to handle issues he will add value to your business needs
